ITMiles is founded by Prabhakara H R.

Prabhakara has vast experience in IT industry. He started his software career in 1985 after finishing his post graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay with a distinction as topper in the class.

Out of his over 20 years of IT experience, Prabhakara has utilized his last 9 years working with Infosys Technologies Ltd witnessing it grow from few millions to a billion dollar company. During his stay, Prabhakara has delivered software to global customers in various technologies through Infosys' Global Delivery Model (GDM). Apart from heading a delivery unit of over 300 people, Prabhakara has participated in Infosys' internal journey to achieve CMM level 4 and 5.

Prior to joining Infosys, Prabhakara worked for Indian Telephone Industries for about 11 years providing Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) services to company's internal and external customers on mainframe, UNIX and PC platforms.

Having delivered number of software projects, Prabhakara understands the pains of software vendors and customers. ITMiles is his sincere effort to reach out to people and organisations to share his experiences with a personal touch.

Krishnamurthy was associated with Infosys Technologies Ltd. for over 17 years. In his long innings with Infosys he had served in various capacities from Software Engineer, to Project Manager, to Divisional Manager while the organization grew from a strength of 50 to 33,000. As the head of a delivery unit of 600 people, he serviced several fortune 500 clients around the globe.

Krishnamurthy was one of the pioneers who engineered Offshore Delivery Model, which eventually evolved into a Global Delivery Model. Krishnamurthy managed Y2K Service for Infosys as Service Manager, which won him the Chairman’s award of excellence.

Having been associated with delivery and client facing, Krishnamurthy has in-depth knowledge and wealth of experience in Project Management, Client Management and People Management skills. Prior to joining Infosys Krishnamurthy was a Research Scientist in DRDO for over a year and had a similar stint with Zenith Computers group, providing Technology and Customer Support for CAD systems. He holds a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons) from the University of Madras.

Harish Amur has over 13 years of IT experience. He was associated with Infosys for nearly 11 years. Out of this, he spent over 6 years in various customer-facing roles, managing multi-million dollar programs for the company. Towards this he was conferred with an excellence award.

During his offshore tenure, Harish contributed to the growth of a development centre through deployment of quality frameworks related to ISO and CMM.

After leaving Infosys, Harish joined INSZoom, an immigration application service provider. There, he was in-charge of the entire Indian operations, serving in the capacity of a Vice President.

Harish holds a bachelors degree in engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Santhosh Kumar is an accomplished project management consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field of project management and an overall industry experience of over 20 years. During his corporate tenure, Santhosh has managed large projects and programs, lead delivery units that managed multiple clients & projects and lead business operations for a large business unit. Apart from delivery, Santhosh was also instrumental in setting up a Project Management Centre of excellence, a Project Management Office and managing a large offshore transition effort.

Santhosh has held senior management positions in Accenture and Infosys Technologies Ltd. before assuming the role of a full time project management consultant. He also has exposure in working with start-up organisations, small and medium software services companies and a government IT organization.

Santhosh Kumar holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and a post graduation degree in Digital Electronics from Cochin University of Science & Technology.
